Dessert Tables-Living Tables- Strolling Tables
Greet your guests upon arrival with a gorgeous human strolling table serving glasses of champagne. Our beautiful strolling-tables-champagne-dress can hand out items place cards, name badges, candy, cigars, mardi gras beads, casino chips, celebrate look like programs and more. They will get the attention of anyone who passes by or since they are mobile, they can go to where the guests are. All of our costumes are custom made for your event. We can create any theme or character you like. If you have a product or logo to promote, we can integrate it into our costuming.
LIVING TABLES TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
SET UP
The tables take up to 1.5 hours to set up. We require a 2m x 2m area for set up as close to the walkabout area as possible, this area should be with good lighting and out of sight of any guests. We also require a secure / lockable changing room for leaving belongings.
The Living Tables are over 1 metre wide so require a double door or a very wide door (over 1 metre) in order to gain access to a room.
PARKING AND LOADING
A loading bay/area at the venue is required as well as parking at the venue or nearby. Any parking fees or expenses are charged to the client.
STANDARD LENGTH OF PERFORMANCE
2 x 45 minute or 3 x 30 minute sets (more sets can be done subject to costs). The artist will require breaks in between as the tables are very heavy and catering can restock the tables at that time.

The theme of the party is a Sea beach team, I do like all the customs you have but I was wondering if you also have something related to the sea? it could be a mermaid? or something contemporary will wok too. Her dress is color blueish /mint so not sure what will be a nice contrast.

Our Concession Designed and created by Aerial Artistry Aerial Bartenders or ‘Champagne Chandeliers’ are a unique and stunning entertainment concept for any event! This act consists of (2) 30 Minute or (3) 20 sets performances in which our performer is hanging (upside down!) from the ceiling above her audience surrounded by a beautifully designed chandelier. While hanging through the chandelier, she dances her spectacular choreography while pouring flutes of champagne to the crowd below. Performers can accommodate any beverage from champagne to freshly made cocktails.
We currently have 3 different sizes available!
All chandeliers come with chandelier, costume, aerialist, assistant, rigging, and lighting.
•Small Chandelier:Price: $3,500 good for spaces 16’ and higher/ This price includes an assistant for each additional aerial bartender price $1,300
• Medium Chandelier: Price: $4,000 good for spaces 18’ and higher/ This price includes an assistant.
• Large Chandelier: Price: $5,000 good for spaces 20’ and higher/ This price includes an assistant. We do have 2 available , if you book 2 we will give $2,000 discount
• Aerial Bartender on the hammock or Hoop Price: $2,000 good for spaces 16’ and higher/ This price includes an assistant.
Also we can proved free stand rigging Here are the dimensions of the rig along of a photo of what it looks like. We set it up with two people in about 30 minutes.
Approximately 18’x20’x20’; with that said the support posts can have things an people place around them… so although it seems quite large, it can accommodate a number of spaces safely. Price $1,000

US-based Aerial Artistry have created a unique experience for guests to walk on the red carpet before realising that it is part of a surreal, couture gown. Glommed to the nines, a performer (on an elevated platform) acts the supreme sophisticate and interacts with guests. Offer a unique and alternative welcoming attraction for any event. The Living Carpet will create an exciting buzz and is a great way to meet and greet your guests.Very dramatic!
