Dessert Tables-Living Tables- Strolling Tables

Greet your guests upon arrival with a gorgeous human strolling table serving glasses of champagne. Our beautiful strolling-tables-champagne-dress can hand out items place cards, name badges, candy, cigars, mardi gras beads, casino chips, celebrate look like programs and more. They will get the attention of anyone who passes by or since they are mobile, they can go to where the guests are. All of our costumes are custom made for your event. We can create any theme or character you like. If you have a product or logo to promote, we can integrate it into our costuming.

LIVING TABLES TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

SET UP
The tables take up to 1.5 hours to set up. We require a 2m x 2m area for set up as close to the walkabout area as possible, this area should be with good lighting and out of sight of any guests. We also require a secure / lockable changing room for leaving belongings.

The Living Tables are over 1 metre wide so require a double door or a very wide door (over 1 metre) in order to gain access to a room.

PARKING AND LOADING
A loading bay/area at the venue is required as well as parking at the venue or nearby. Any parking fees or expenses are charged to the client.

STANDARD LENGTH OF PERFORMANCE
2 x 45 minute or 3 x 30 minute sets (more sets can be done subject to costs). The artist will require breaks in between as the tables are very heavy and catering can restock the tables at that time.
